2nd annual Sous Vide Cruise
Get ready for the ultimate sous vide experience—on land and at sea. Join us April 9th in Miami for an exclusive, immersive day of sous vide cooking demonstrations at Florida International University, led by our world-class lineup of chefs and culinary innovators.
Then, from April 10–15, 2026, sail with us aboard Virgin Voyages’ stunning Scarlet Lady for the next edition of the Sous Vide Cruise. While the cooking happens in Miami, the cruise is all about connection, community, and unforgettable shared experiences. Spend five incredible nights in the Caribbean enjoying sun-soaked days, indulgent evenings, and exclusive onboard events designed to bring you face-to-face with our presenters—think exclusive brunches, interactive discussions, themed gatherings, and plenty of time to hang out, learn, and swap stories.
This is more than a vacation. It’s a celebration of sous vide, great food, and the people who love it—set against turquoise waters and Virgin Voyages’ signature style. You don’t want to miss it.
Our culinary journey will be anchored by a bold and immersive LAND & SEA theme that celebrates the full spectrum of sous vide cooking. We will dive deep into LAND, showcasing the power, precision, and creativity of sous vide with meats, vegetables, and plant-forward techniques—from perfectly cooked proteins to transformative textures and modernist applications. Then we turn our focus to SEA, exploring how sous vide elevates fish, shellfish, and ocean-inspired ingredients with unmatched control and flavor clarity. Together, these two themes highlight not just what sous vide can cook, but why it’s one of the most versatile and exciting techniques in modern cuisine—on land or at sea.
Our all-star lineup of sous vide presenters brings together some of the most respected voices and innovators in the low-temperature cooking world. Ian Fujimoto pushes creative boundaries with bold flavors and modern techniques, while Chef David Pietranczyk blends culinary precision and his technical expertise with global inspiration drawn from his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. Private Chef Aly Romero adds her signature blend of culinary knowledge, teaching, and thoughtful storytelling, connecting the why behind sous vide with real-world application, while Lisa Keys brings a fresh, approachable energy and a deep understanding of technique, making complex concepts feel intuitive and accessible. Rounding out the group, ISVA co-founder Mike La Charite will guide the experience with passion, clarity, and infectious enthusiasm, uniting this powerhouse team for an unforgettable, hands-on culinary journey.
Prices start at just $3,275 PER CABIN for 2 adults (based on current Virgin Voyages sales)!
