Join us for a virtual cocktail hour with the inimitable Chef David Pietranczyk! For this special interactive event, Dave and ISVA co-founder Mike La Charite will sit down to enjoy a delicious sous vide cocktail and chat about all things sous vide. We'll start off by making the cocktail live (you'll get the recipe a couple weeks in advance so you can drink along if you'd like), then spend the evening telling stories, taking questions and hanging out!
