Breville Commercial's Dave Pietranczyk is an accomplished chef, member of the Sous Vide Hall of Fame, and all-around sous vide all-star - but to fans of the ISVA, he's also become somewhat of a sous vide mixology legend!

For this special interactive event, Dave and ISVA co-founder Mike La Charite will sit down to enjoy a delicious sous vide cocktail and chat about all things sous vide. We'll start off by making the cocktail live (you'll get the recipe a couple weeks in advance so you can drink along if you'd like), then spend the evening telling stories, taking questions and hanging out!
